Here I am again - got home without mishap about 7:45 - and incidentally I'm going to bed - My cold has gone to my head - which I don't like -
Do you miss me? - I do you - I've been planning, planning all day long and having more fun - I don't think my mind was on my work for a minute - But today wasn't too busy - I'm already looking forward to seeing you next weekend if you decide to come up for sure - But I know now how you feel on Monday - I can hardly wait til I jump into bed -
Nothing at all happened today - But I know one thing - come Wed. I'm going to have to go to class every single day -
My mind's a blank, dear, will you forgive me? - All I can think of is that I wish you were here - Tell everyone I might know that you might see "hello" for me and remember I love you -

Was very happy to hear that you arrived in Eugene safely and soundly - hope you weren't tired and sleepy - but Monday is always a sad day anyway -
You better start taking care of your cold right away quick - don't want to have you feeling bad this weekend - or any time - for that matter. You should be immune to colds, like I am, I hope -
Have one passenger to Eugene Saturday - which will help. Don't know yet where I am going to stay but it doesn't matter much - By the way if you see Tony or Karl tell them I'll be down and maybe fix up a golf game for Sunday morning - although I'm agraid my golf game is slipping from lack of practice -
So you spent all day Monday just planning and planning - which I think is a very good way to spend a Monday - have you got any more things settled - and have you told anybody else besides your Aunt Edna - best we keep it a secret for awhile yet - I haven't told anybody but you -
Don't know why, but can't seem to think of anything to say - am afraid this is really a poor letter but it's too late to stop now, and I promise to do better tomorrow - and I do love you very much -
